14-day refund
abroo offers a 14-day refund window for the first purchase of abroo plan Pro. Email us from the address used to buy, or use the support link in your Paddle receipt.
Local consumer rights
EU / EEA / UK. You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content and services that start immediately, this right ends once you begin using the paid service, which you expressly request and acknowledge at checkout. Our 14-day refund above is offered regardless.
Korea. Under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw a subscription within 7 days of purchase. This may be limited where digital content has already been used, in which case our voluntary 14-day refund still applies.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you a longer or stronger right, that right applies. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, may also apply its own buyer refund policy.
How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. After a refund, Pro cloud sync access may be disabled.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from account settings, from the Paddle receipt/customer portal, or by emailing abroo@abroo.io. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro remains active until the end of the current paid period.
